Eva can be easily persuaded by vegan mac and cheese. A rabbit-fanatic and broccoli advocate, it’s a surprise to many that she didn’t begin working for Ecorazzi sooner. Supported by a degree in Radio and Television from Toronto’s Ryerson University, and with a rich history of sneaking animal-free recipes on to Food Network’s “Nadia G’s Bitchin’ Kitchen” blog, she is living proof that vegans get enough protein. The few hours a day she isn’t online, she can be found teaching yoga, worshiping her Canon 5D Mark III, and researching her next vacation. Although her mother fears she sometimes acts “too vegan,” Eva will stop at nothing in the pursuit for vegan education, animal equality, and gelatine-free marshmallows.
